Video of the Nutritional Foundations for Healthy Aging Presentation
This session, held on March 24, 2026 via Zoom and attended by 80 members, featured a presentation by nutritionist Katharina Kronsteiner, founder of Kronsteiner Nutrition, on “Nutrition for Healthy Aging and Longevity.” She outlined five key pillars for healthy aging: blood sugar regulation, muscle strength, digestive health, inflammation management, and recovery through sleep, stress management, and social connection.
Katharina emphasized that these interconnected systems influence energy, mobility, and overall well-being, and that healthy aging is best supported through sustainable habits rather than restrictive diets. The session also included practical guidance on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle, along with responses to participants’ questions on specific health concerns and dietary needs.
