Launch of the 2021 Annual Meeting webpage
Dear Member,
On April 21 at 3:00 PM ET we will celebrate the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Association. The landing page for the event is now open: ajbidaa2021.com. Here you can review the documents slated for approval during the Meeting — the Annual Meeting Agenda, the Minutes of the 2020 Annual Meeting, and the Financial Report.
You can download the files and ask questions in the Chat function indicating the referenced document. Directors will be attentive to your questions in order to answer them and resolve any issues before the Annual Meeting.
On the day of the Annual Meeting, we invite you to log in at 3:00 PM using the email address where you received this announcement. We will take attendance in order to confirm a quorum and include your name in a raffle for participants. At 3:30 PM sharp the livestream of the Annual Meeting will begin; interpretation into English will be available and the Chat will be open for you to send messages to the moderator. The first order of business will be to confirm the quorum.
