Holiday Luncheon
Join us for a tasty New Year’s Eve lunch with friends and former colleagues. The Luncheon will be held on Monday, December 11, at 12:30 p.m., at the Botanero Restaurant located in Rockville, Maryland and will include a selection of salads, main dishes, desserts, drinks and those who wish to do so can purchase alcoholic beverages. There will also be music for everyone to dance.

Price: $45 per person
Salad
- Beet salad with roasted red and golden beets, pickled red onion, arugula, mild goat cheese, toasted hazelnuts, hazelnut vinaigrette
- Kale salad with shaved carrot, artichoke, feta cheese, Sweety drop peppers, crispy shallot, coriander vinaigrette
- Manchego Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, croutons, house Caesar dressing, shredded manchego
- Cheese board also, with aged, sliced Manchego cheese, fig jam, lavish crackers
Main Dish
(Includes fried pee wee potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts)
- Grilled chicken skewers
- Truffle mac and cheese, shell pasta, wild mushrooms
- Grilled salmon with quinoa, lemon butter sauce
- Beef short ribs with red wine braised short ribs au jus, grits, caramelized baby carrots
Desserts
- Crème brulée
- Churros with chocolate
- Tres Leches Cake
Transportation: For those who do not have transportation, carpools will be available at subway stations in Maryland and Virginia. If you need transportation, please email Angela Rivera Saettone at angelari@iadb.org indicating which metro station is most convenient for you.
