Adventure in the Himalayas

February 15, 2024

Presentation by Patricia Meduña and Laura Bocalandro about their adventures in the Himalayas.

Our intrepid mountaineers began their expedition in Kathmandu, Nepal on March 30, 2023. With retired IDB colleague Pablo Alonso and his wife, they realized their dream of climbing to the Annapurna base camp. The group had trained with the Wednesday Walkers – a hiking club open to members of the Association and their guests.
