2022 Annual Meeting Announcement
Dear Member, On April 20 at 3:30 PM EST we will hold the Association’s 2022 Annual Meeting. Please go to ajbidaa2022.com and log in with the email address where you received this announcement. There you can review the documents to be considered by the members during the Meeting — the Annual Meeting Agenda, the Minutes of the 2021 Annual Meeting, and the Financial Report. You can download the files and ask questions in the Chat indicating the referenced document. Directors will review your questions in advance in order to answer them and resolve any issues before the Annual Meeting. Comments in the Chat will be visible to all members and the author will be identified by his/her full name. On the day of the Annual Meeting, we invite you to log in at 3:15 PM using the email address where you received this announcement. We will take attendance in order to confirm a quorum and include your name in a raffle for participants. At 3:30 PM sharp, having confirmed a quorum, the livestream of the Annual Meeting will begin; interpretation into English will be available and the Chat will be open for your comments.
