On October 22, a live class was held on how to improve our strength and balance and prevent falls, which was
presented by an expert physiotherapist on the subject. The meeting was a success, with more than 40 participants, who not only had the opportunity to learn about the subject, but also were able to measure their level of balance and do exercises
to strengthen it.
The most important thing about the meeting was to meet and greet our colleagues and friends that we had not
seen for so long! The great majority (more than 90%) considered the meeting very good or excellent.
The Committee will hold more events of this nature in the coming months while the pandemic lasts.
